Leah Priday

Leah joined Vale Vets and Referrals in September 2016 as a hospital assistant and became a student veterinary nurse in the Spring of 2017. She qualified as a veterinary nurse in early 2020.

Currently, Leah has a strong passion for medical nursing but is also interested in cardiology and of course, all things Dachshunds (sausage dogs!). Leah has recently joined our order team where she is responsible for ensuring efficient stock ordering and rotation to ensure the smooth running of the hospital. Leah is also a clinical coach where she mentors and coaches our current student veterinary nurses.

In February 2024, Leah joined the senior nursing team to develop her skills within leadership and support the team during some maternity leave. Leah is looking forward to learning lots of new knowledge and skills that she can use to support the wider nursing team further.  

In her spare time, Leah loves socialising with friends and walking her dog.
