Ffion Locke

Ffion became a qualified veterinary nurse at the end of 2021 joining the team here at Vale Vets & Referrals in July 2022. Ffion specialties are referral medicine, first opinion surgery, general nursing and clinics. One of Ffion's main interests while providing nurse clinics is wound management & she has taken on the responsibility of being our laser supervisor. She regularly provides this treatment and enjoys seeing the results.  

Ffion's main passion in her role as a veterinary nurse is providing expert nursing care for poorly & hospitalized animals. Nursing them through their stay and assisting in getting them back to full health, to then be able to discharge them back to their owners. She also enjoys working in referral medicine and being part of the variety of different cases that get referred to us for specialist treatment and in the future would like to begin a certificate in Medical Nursing. 

When not at work Ffion enjoys socialising with friends, exercising and going to music festivals. As well as catching flights to explore new countries.
