Kylie Pace

Kylie joined Vale Vets and Referrals in March 2024 with previous experience of working as a practice manager in another veterinary practice. She has also worked for 5 years with animal-based charities like The Cotswold Dogs & Cats home. Prior to Kylie’s move to work in the animal industry, she spent 20 years working in human pharmaceuticals, focusing specifically on haematology and oncology. 

Kylie’s responsibilities include dispensing medication, managing drug and consumable orders and overseeing stock control, all areas that she shares great passion for. Kylie is also one of our Mental Health First Aider’s and is passionate about employee mental health and wellbeing.   

In her spare time Kylie enjoys reading, cooking vegan recipes with her home-grown vegetables, walking and going to watch films in the cinema or shows in the theatre. Kylie has always lived with cats and currently has four older girls who love a lap to sleep on. Twix and Wispa who she rescued from her time at the Cotswold Dogs & Cats Home and her other two girls Penny and Misty.
