Out of Hours Service Change

Vale Vets has always been passionate about providing our own out-of-hours care for your pet and our out-of-hours service is run by our own team of nurses and vets who are on-call to see your pet in case of an emergency.

Should you consider your pet needs a consultation outside of our opening hours, please call us and we will discuss your pet’s signs and symptoms. We will assess if your pet requires emergency out-of-hours care and if so, your pet will be seen by a Veterinary Surgeon at Vale Vets, Dursley.

Please note that infrequently, between 10pm and 8am due to staffing levels, our partners Rowe Vets in Bradley Stoke and VetsNow in Cheltenham, will provide our emergency out-of-hours care. Both services have specially trained vets and nurses who are on-site all night. There will be no change to our animal inpatient care, they will remain and be cared for at Vale Vets.

In the case of an emergency, our clients are to always ring our out-of-hours emergency number and the Vale Vets nursing team will advise and direct accordingly.

Kind regards,

All the team at Vale Referrals
